University of Lahore Hospital is hiring a qualified and dedicated Manager – Pathology Lab to join our healthcare team. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about laboratory services and committed to clinical excellence.
Job Specifications:
1: Oversee and manage all operations of the pathology laboratory to ensure efficient workflow and service quality.
2: Develop and implement policies, protocols, and quality assurance programmes in line with hospital and regulatory standards.
3: Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery of all laboratory test results.
4: Coordinate with consultants, clinicians, and hospital departments for effective service delivery.
5: Manage procurement, budgeting, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies.
6: Lead, mentor, and evaluate laboratory staff to ensure continuous professional development.
7: Prepare analytical and performance reports, and assist in audits and accreditations.
Experience:
1: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in a Pathology Lab.
2: At least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
Qualification: Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
