VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
University of Central Punjab (UCP) is seeking candidates for the position of Office Coordinator in the Directorate of Academics. We are inviting applications from qualified individuals who meet the criteria below:
Position: Office Coordinator
Department: Directorate of Academics
Eligibility Criteria: Graduation from a recognized university.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a coordinator or similar role, preferably in a university environment
- Advanced skills in the MS Office suite
- Strong office management skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task effectively
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Secretarial support to the Dean Academics
- Manage and maintain office equipment and inventory
- Prepare office documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain up-to-date records and databases
- Respond emails, coordinate office events, meetings, and appointments
- Manage university-wide communications, such as memos, announcements, and invitations
- Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the higher authorities
