We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Operator โ Flexo to support our flexographic printing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
๐นAssist the operator in setting up the Miraflex flexographic printing machine, including loading and preparing materials, inks, and print plates.
๐นHelp with ink mixing and ensure all supplies are stocked and ready for production.
๐นMonitor the printing process to ensure machines run smoothly and at optimal performance.
๐นAdjust machine settings under the operatorโs supervision based on job specifications and quality standards.
๐นConduct quality checks for color consistency, registration, and ink application, reporting any issues to the operator.
๐นAssist with routine cleaning and maintenance of the machines, ensuring high operational standards.
๐นClean print plates, rollers, and other machine parts during and after production runs.
๐นFollow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
๐นCollaborate with machine operators and team members to ensure efficient production and minimize downtime.
๐นSupport operators in troubleshooting minor issues during production.
๐นHelp maintain accurate records of materials used, production times, and job completion details.
๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ & ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐:
๐น2 years of experience in a manufacturing or printing environment.
๐นDAE or equivalent (technical training or certifications are a plus).
๐นStrong willingness to learn about flexographic printing and machine operation.
๐นAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
๐นAttention to detail, particularly in checking print quality and machine performance.
๐นAbility to lift and carry materials and supplies as needed.
๐นCommitment to following safety protocols and compliance with safety standards.
