QUALIFICATION Master’s in Education or any other relevant field
EXPERIENCE At least 15 years of experience (7 years in teaching & 8 years in Education Administration)
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Comprehensive knowledge of teaching & learning methodologies, curriculum development/implementation
- Complete knowledge of CAIE standards in senior school
- Familiarity with vision development & implementation Â
- Understanding of school improvement practices/staff development approached
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, internet/general computer usage
