Position: Shift Chemist (Sugar Division)

Unicol Limited, a joint venture company, is looking for an ambitious and energetic Shift Chemist (Production) to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of production stations based at our plant site in Sargodha, Punjab.

Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• To monitor and control sugar production processes to ensure efficient operations during assigned shifts.
• To perform chemical analysis at various stages of production.
• To troubleshoot and resolve process issues related to sugar production, ensuring minimal downtime.
• To conduct regular inspections and preventive checks on production equipment to ensure smooth functioning.
• To collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to optimize production efficiency.
• To document and report production activities & maintain accurate shift records.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate across departments.
