Experience: Minimum One Year of Huawei Experience Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Telecom/ Electrical/Computer Science) Location: Islamabad

Professional Competency:

• Good knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G technologies
• Collect data and prepare report as per provided guidance
• Using performance data collection tool for data collection
• Identifying coverage and quality related issue in DT
• Good knowledge of DT and OSS KPIs
• Monitor OSS KPIs and output reports as required

We’re Hiring! RF Junior Optimization Engineer (Level 1)

Experience: 3 Years of Huawei Experience Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Telecom/ Electrical/Computer Science) Location: Islamabad

Experience: (Huawei Preferred)

• Minimum three years of experience in SSV and Cluster reporting and DT Analysis and optimization
• Minimum one year of experience in RF Optimization (DT+OSS)

Professional Competency:

• Good knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE/5G technologies
• Independently prepare drive test analysis report and performance monitoring report
• Using performance data collection tool for data collection
• Identifying coverage and quality related issue in DT and recommend solutions independently
• Customer complaints Handling and resolution
• Basic understanding of Network planning parameters
• Monitor OSS KPIs and output reports as required
• Have command on cell planning principles (Frequencies, PSCs and PCIs) for small- and medium-sized networks
