📍 Location: Clifton, Karachi
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, networking, CCTV systems, infrastructure, and ERP support.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
=> Provide hands-on IT support to ensure smooth daily operations.
=> Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
=> Monitor and manage CCTV systems and ensure data integrity.
=> Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
=> Support end-users in ERP-related issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
=> Ensure data backup, system security, and adherence to IT policies.
=> Document IT procedures and maintain asset records.
🎓 Requirements:
=>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
=>Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support roles.
=>Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, Windows/Linux systems, and IT security.
=>Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others).
=>Experience in managing surveillance systems and IT infrastructure.
=>Strong problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work under pressure.
