Lead and oversee commercial, operational, and developmental functions for the region.

Develop and achieve sales targets, ensuring top-notch performance.

Explore new market opportunities for regional growth and expansion.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service quality and KPI achievement.

Foster a culture of team collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

โ Masterโs degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Business Studies.
โ 15+ years of leadership experience in regional management, ideally in Telecom, Technology, FTTH, or GPON industries.
โ A proven track record in commercial operations, network development, and achieving operational goals.
