💼 Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen the dealer network within the assigned territory to ensure market coverage and growth.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned for the designated region.
- Manage dealer-wise model wise payment in accordance with company targets.
- Coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure the timely resolution of regional issues.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and share insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Plan, implement, and oversee marketing activities and promotional campaigns within the region.
- Focus on meeting model-wise sales objectives to align with overall business goals.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the region.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager — After Sales to ensure swift resolution of warranty-related concerns.
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field..
🛠 Experience: Minimum 03 to 05 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Automotive and Electric Vehicle (EV) sectors.
