We’re Hiring – Retail Manager (Karachi)
Are you passionate about retail operations, team development, and driving sales performance? Join our team as a Retail Manager and play a key role in strengthening our retail presence across Karachi.
Position: Retail Manager
📍 Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Operations & Market Execution
Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets to ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and brand presence.
Monitor stock levels, merchandising standards, promotional displays, and campaign execution.
Ensure compliance with company retail standards and operational guidelines.
Team Leadership & Development
Train and mentor Retail Executives on retail best practices, product knowledge, and company systems
Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve team productivity and performance.
Assist Retail Executives in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Retailer Engagement & Relationship Management
Educate retailers on product features, promotional campaigns, and incentive programs.
Address retailer concerns promptly and maintain strong business relationships.
Gather market feedback and recommend initiatives to improve retailer engagement and customer satisfaction.
Data Accuracy & Reporting
Ensure all sales and market data submitted by Sales Executives is accurate and properly validated.
Track performance metrics and monitor target achievement across assigned territories.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering market coverage, sales performance, and key retail insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, retail operations, or supervisory roles.
- Strong understanding of retail execution, merchandising, and sales management.
- Hands-on experience with sales tracking systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and mobile reporting applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
