We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and support regional service operations, branch performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

ROLE SUMMARY The MTO will support regional service operations by monitoring branch and service center performance, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor repair operations, TAT, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and effective stock management.
- Conduct branch visits, audits, and performance reviews.
- Analyze reports & performance metrics and identify gaps.
- Resolve escalated service issues and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with service centers, dealers, and logistics.
- Implement corrective actions and drive process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in service operations or branch management.
- Understanding of mobile phone service operations is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
