𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales professionals to manage and expand our sub-dealer network in Sahiwal/ Vehari & Bahawalpur/ Rahim Yar Khan. The role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring product availability, strengthening dealer relationships, and increasing overall market penetration through effective channel management.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Visit assigned territories regularly to maintain strong relationships with existing sub-dealers and reactivate inactive accounts
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach
- Monitor dealer stock levels and ensure timely product availability and order placement
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective channel execution
- Ensure strong product visibility, merchandising standards, and brand presence at dealer outlets
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends; submit daily field reports and price comparisons
- Resolve dealer issues related to pricing, stock, and operations in a timely manner
- Coordinate training sessions and promotional activities with dealer network
- Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting standards, and sales objectives
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or dealer management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in field-based sales environments
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Good reporting and territory management skills
