Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in Product Management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in Enterprise SaaS, Data Solutions, and Agile Product Development
Ability to develop and execute a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives across Pakistan and GCC markets
Skilled in leading and mentoring teams of Product Managers, Associates, and UX Designers, fostering an agile and innovative product culture
Proficiency in collaborating with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless alignment with product goals
Expertise in managing end-to-end product development, from pre-MVP stages to post-market fit, with a focus on customer-centric design and usability
Adept at leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to monitor product KPIs and drive continuous optimization
Ability to identify and secure strategic data partnerships to enhance product value, scalability, and market differentiation

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, growth, and marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth
Strong expertise in leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making to guide business and team success
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
Expertise in driving strategic partnerships and reseller collaborations to expand market reach and increase revenue
Skilled in developing and executing data-driven sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and accelerate market growth
Proficient in utilizing data analytics to optimize customer journeys and identify new growth opportunities
Experience in overseeing commercial strategies, pricing models, and product demos to enhance market competitiveness
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring alignment of sales initiatives with broader organizational goals
