Position: Material Engineer
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Material/Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Familiarity with the construction industry and material sourcing
- Expertise in inventory management, quality assurance
- Experience conducting materials testing and analysis
- Ability to work with vendors for timely and cost-effective material procurement
- Proficient in engineering software and regulatory standards

Position: Senior Project Manager
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience in the real estate/construction industry; PMP certification is a plus
- Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, regulations, and quality control processes
- Proven ability to coordinate with stakeholders, risk mitigation, contract management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
