Responsibilities include:
- Timely issuance of FTR with OFP recovery for early resolution through the Quality Department.
- Monitoring and reporting of the after-sales product complaints trends (DTR’s)
- To assist/support dealers and Field team in all service-related activities
- Responsible for coordination of the TDSP Technical Scores for submission with CR
- Issuing Serviceability Kaizen Reports (SKR) related to Vehicle’s Design and Repair to TMC Designer every quarter
- Responsible for the planning and execution of Quality Review Meeting on Quarterly basis by coordinating with QA/PD/CR
