Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Achieve production volumes in the assigned shop/area
• Effectively supervise manpower to utilize them most efficiently
• Ensure the quality standards are achieved
• Develop and present periodic reports to management
• Support in carrying out various expansion and improvement projects
