Responsibilities include:
ยท Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives aligned with business needs
ยท Conduct training need analysis to identify skill and capability gaps
ยท Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training partners for program execution
ยท Facilitate in-house sessions on functional, behavioral, and leadership topics
ยท Manage learning systems e.g., LMS and extract monthly reports for department follow ups for completion of training programs
ยท Support career development, talent acceleration, and leadership development programs
ยท Lead Employee Engagement Surveys, focus groups and action plans
ยท Analyze learning data to provide insights and improve program outcomes
