• Min. Bachelor’s from a reputable institution.
• 5+ years’ experience in multi-unit restaurant operations or retail management.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, management, compliance, and cost control.
• Proven leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the region.

Job Description:

• Oversee regional restaurant operations to drive sales, profitability, and achieve KPIs.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance support to Restaurant General Managers and teams.
• Ensure compliance with brand, food safety, and operational standards through regular store visits.
• Collaborate with internal departments to roll out initiatives and improve underperforming units.
• Focus on team development, cost control, customer satisfaction, and succession planning.
