Position :Group Product Manager – Pharma Marketing
Location Head Office – Karachi
Job Scope
- Lead the Product Management Team for the designated Business Division
- Formulate a strategy with tactical plan for assigned portfolio to optimize outcomes
- Manage brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses, while evaluating product marketing effectiveness
- Achieve brand targets in collaboration with Sales and Business Management
- Keep business abreast on market tactics, pricing, product positioning, and moves, as well as players’ performance.
- Perform feasibility and market analysis of new opportunities and also look after new launches.
- Share Business Insights via IMS/SA/PLD with the Team to ensure steady conversion on potential brands/bricks.
- Ensuring Quality and timely delivery of inputs to the field force.
Job Specifications
- Pharm-D/ MBBS with MBA in Marketing will be preferred
- 8 to 10 year(s) of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and work-related software(s)
- Excellent people management, interpersonal communication and decision making skills
