Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance.  
• Foster a positive organizational culture and drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Provide strategic direction on organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to address HR-related issues and provide expert guidance on best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and decision-making processes.
• Mentor and develop the HR team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• PhD or MS
• Foreign Degree will be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience
