QUALIFICATION Minimum Master’s Degree in a relevant domain

EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise in teaching English at the primary level.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Resolve all issues/queries related to academics raised by campuses/NWAs (regarding quality of DLPs, SOWS, exam papers, marking keys, curriculum, books, work books etc.)
• Manage and organise professional development programmes (internal/external trainings) for School Heads and teachers  
• Elevation of education quality standards through development and curriculum implementation, plan and organize professional development programs for School Heads and teachers
• Evaluate the accessibility of learning environment/resources and maintain customer satisfaction  
• To assist the Head Office Academics team with development/feedback on Academic material (curriculum/publication/DLPs/readers etc.)
• Assist the Region with school evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction
