Position: Management Trainee

Position Summary

The Coca-Cola Company’s engineering function delivers excellence through projects, innovative solutions and effective maintenance of process equipment and facility to ensure maximum uptime and optimal efficiency of plant’s operations. The main aim is to drive modernization, deliver major projects, systematize master-planning and improve the reliability of existing and new operations. This is done by following standards and leveraging partnerships within company and with suppliers. Our comprehensive 2-year Engineering Management Trainee Program gives you hands-on experience and knowledge essential to begin a successful career in Engineering at The Coca-Cola Company.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance Philosophy- Learn the maintenance philosophy and methodologies for the process equipment and facilities at plant.

Maintenance Execution– Take part in routine maintenance activities to learn the equipment-specific maintenance requirements and improve equipment reliability.

Capex Projects – Assist CAPEX investment process, equipment installations & process improvement projects for plant. Scope includes.

Codes and Standards – Learn global engineering standards, codes, safety standards and food safety standards for effective design and implementation of the engineering solutions.

Automation: Learn latest industrial process automation technologies and their application in the production. Gain hands-on experience on the system design, troubleshooting, data capturing and cloud systems.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering completed by June 2024
Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

Experience

Previous Internship or other practical experience in a FMCG industry preferred
Leadership experience in an extra-curricular activity or organization
