The City School Network is actively searching for a committed and accomplished professional to assume the pivotal role of Master Trainer in Early Years Education. In this influential position, you will play a central role in shaping and elevating the educational landscape by enhancing professional training programs and providing vital support to School Heads and Education Staff.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor staff, facilitate orientation, and promote professional growth for the EYE resource centre
- Develop, design, and assess professional training programs for early years education
- Provide guidance and support to SLTs and Teachers, fostering their professional growth and development
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive repository of training resources
- Identify talent and provide opportunities for staff development and growth
Skills:
- Proficiency in teaching pedagogies
- Application of leadership theories in both theory and practice & skilled in Academic writing
- Expertise in educational methodology, particularly in understanding how children learn
- Extensive familiarity with leadership frameworks and their practical applications
- A comprehensive grasp of school operations
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating an enriching learning environment
