Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee files and the HR filing system
- Manage payroll processing and administration
- Liaison with EOBI personnel for Health Insurance claims, monthly data update on internal and insurance company portals
- Coordinate with RO staff for AMS including biometrics and updates
- Process employee separations
- Perform HR analytics and generate reports
