Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee academic planning and ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum.
- Plan and supervise school activities that promote learning and align with the school’s vision.
- Monitor the efficient execution of administrative operations.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, staffing, and professional development of teaching staff.
- Make informed decisions regarding the day-to-day management of the campus.
- Conduct teacher evaluations through classroom observations, lesson reviews, copy checking, and other assessment methods.
- Organise meetings, school events, and official functions.
- Maintain a sound understanding of the school’s financial processes, systems, and administrative procedures.
- Implement directives issued by higher management in all matters relating to school operations.
- Foster strong parent engagement through meetings, interviews, counselling sessions, and other communication forums.
- Ensure compliance with all examination and assessment policies and procedures as prescribed by The City School.
- Maintain a safe, clean, healthy, and secure learning environment.
- Uphold discipline and a positive school culture across the campus.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with parents and students.
- Facilitate presentations and guidance sessions on higher education opportunities.
- Promote a collaborative, supportive, and productive working environment for all staff.
