Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IT function by translating the Group’s technology strategy into actionable plans, projects, and service delivery initiatives.
- Oversee enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and end-user support across the School’s nationwide network.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management frameworks in line with Group policies and industry best practices.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across academic, operational, and corporate functions in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, software licensing, vendor relationships, and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
- Ensure high system availability, business continuity, disaster recovery preparedness, and compliance with all applicable regulatory and organisational requirements.
- Establish IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), service standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs), while monitoring overall IT performance.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering continuous capability development and succession planning.
- Prepare and present regular reports on IT operations, strategic projects, performance metrics, and key risks to senior management.
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by senior management.
