Job Responsibilities
- Support and maintain computing environment on par with business requirements while ensuring max. uptime and availability of services under IT Catalogue.
- Support Exam cell / iTEP test activities, make sure that all systems are updated and connected to the network.
- Install and support LANs, WANs, Internet & all network-related services in the regional office.
- Administer servers, routers, switches, firewalls, personal digital assistants, security updates and patches.
- Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure.
- Unifi Network Support, update wifi controller patches and firmware of wifi devices.
- Support schools in different issues regarding school portals, configuration of ERP, outlook etc.
- Provide support in configuring routers for AMS machine access and data uploading using a remote access application.
- Validation of requested CAPEX equipment in Northern Region branches / Campuses
- Assist in the finalization of IT Annual Capex for schools and RO.
- Update Regional office inventory / handing taking over procedures of IT equipment.
- Support Head of I.T. for IT matrix and other IT policies compliance in the Region.
- Configure a new portal for campus and branch login.
- Create / update/block / unblock / issue licenses to student accounts on Microsoft office 365 for online classes.
- New user creation in active directory for schools & RO employees and assigning of license.
- Accumulate new teacher data from Active Directory (Domain Controller) for the creation of Century Accounts.
