Thal Engineering, a leading engineering and manufacturing organization, is looking for an experienced professional to lead Institutional Sales and Business Development initiatives within the Utility and Power Sector.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Drive growth in the utility, power, and government sectors
Build and manage relationships with DISCOs, government entities, and key stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Lead tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations
Manage key accounts and achieve sales targets

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (MBA preferred)
• 8–12 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, Technical Sales, or Key Account Management
• Strong exposure to the Utility and Power Sector, including DISCOs and public-sector organizations
• Proven experience in handling tenders, technical proposals, and large institutional accounts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
