Thal Engineering, a leading engineering and manufacturing organization, is looking for an experienced professional to lead Institutional Sales and Business Development initiatives within the Utility and Power Sector.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Drive growth in the utility, power, and government sectors
- Build and manage relationships with DISCOs, government entities, and key stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Lead tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations
- Manage key accounts and achieve sales targets
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (MBA preferred)
• 8–12 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Business Development, Technical Sales, or Key Account Management
• Strong exposure to the Utility and Power Sector, including DISCOs and public-sector organizations
• Proven experience in handling tenders, technical proposals, and large institutional accounts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
