- Bachelors or Masters in Computer sciences
- 3-4 Years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Experience of development:
- .NET 3.5/4, ASP.NET, C#, HTML/XHTML, Java, JavaScript, ADO.NET, Web Services (Rest /SOAP), XML, Java, Applet & Servlet Development Tools.
- Database designing and administration (Oracle PL/SQL server), IIS and ASP.NET/JSP site deployment.
- Very well-versed in process, product, and technology aspects of the agile approach
- Drive the adoption and execution of Agile methods and Scrum frameworks
- Explore areas of Branchless Banking and core banking products
- Mentor the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and how to add values to delight customers
- Data structures, algorithms, coding, and standard testing techniques.
- Practitioner in all aspects of the scrum process in agile, which include planning, running daily meetings, conducting sprint reviews and facilitating changes
