Position: Manager, Treasury Front Office
About the job: Efficient management of the investment portfolio and liquidity in strict compliance with the SBP and Board directives, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Assistant Director and Treasurer in ensuring that Bank surplus funds are efficiently invested in short- and long-term positions as per ALCO guidelines and board approvals.
- Establishment of Money Market lines by developing relationship with commercial banks/ NBFI for establishment of Money market lines.
- Participate in auctions on behalf of TMFB or purchase it from secondary market when required.
- Timely coordination with sending partner on FX deals & rates confirmation
- Establisment of FX lines with various banks and nostro accounts
- Responsible for all inter-bank foreign exchange activities and provide assistance to select branches for their foreign exchange requirements
- Dealing in third currencies for bank requirement and proprietary trading
- Maintaining FX and MM nostro balances while ensuring strict compliance to SBPregulations
- Trading, valuation, pricing and quoting of all FX products
- Interbank and ALM trading and maintaining FX maturity gaps
- Preparation and review of regular funds maturities and deposit maturities.
- Assist in defining and managing counter party limits based on institutional ratings and compliance with the regulatory requirements.
- Responsible to prepare and update treasury manual, investment policies, contingency funding plan and documentation of other relevant policies and procedures in coordination with the senior treasury team.
- Maintain CRR and Govt. securities portfolio for SLR.
- Responsible for timely submission of treasury reports to Group Treasury and internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for preparation of ALCO pack, various analysis/action items assigned by ALCO.
- Draft and circulation of ALCO Minutes.
- Assist in drafting the director report and Chairman Review for the annual report
- Assist in the formulating structures for easypaisa products and liaise with external banks for smooth process creation for the envisaged product/ project
- Issuance of Guarantees. SBP reporting, assist in equity registration.
- Assist in Internal Audit, SBP audit and other assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BBA/ MBA (Finance)/ ACCA
- 3-5 Years work experience in the financial industry (Treasury, CIBG, FI)
Skills & competencies:
- Experience and understanding of banking products and services, electronic banking operations, lending products, microfinance products, and funds transfer systems, treasury and related operations.
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Good research and report writing skills.
- Sound analytical knowledge with expertise in financial modelling.
- Extensive treasury knowledge.
- Critical decision-making abilities.

Job Summary
The incumbent is responsible to conduct audits of Corporate Functions of the Bank. Forms an informed and objective judgment on the basis of evidence collected and analysed and prepares report for submission to the Director Internal Audit / Chief Audit Executive after discussion with the management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead audit assignment process which includes the detail planning of audit assignments, audit testing, and reporting in accordance with Internal Audit methodology.
- Document audit findings and draft audit reports and ensure that audit issues are communicated and resolved in a timely manner as well as obtain necessary approvals when needed.
- Holds audit-related meetings and report significant findings which could adversely affect the Bank’s assets and/or reputation.
- Collaborate with other Audit teams for integrated audits and sharing of sharing expertise and knowledge
- Build and maintain relationships with the Head office functions.
- Assist Executive Director Internal Auditor in establishing the audit universe, risk assessment, and annual audit plan as well as manage feedback processes and follow-up of reported audit findings.
- Assist in the identification and assessment of bank risks and provide recommendations as appropriate to reduce or eliminate such risk.
- Update and maintain knowledge of current accounting and auditing practices through continuing professional education.
- Carry out any other task assigned by Executive Director Internal Auditor.
- Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviors in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
Qualifications
- ACCA / CA/CA Finalist/MBA
- Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, CAMS, CFE, CFSA would be a plus
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Audit, Governance, Risk Management, Compliance)
- Banking Industry especially Digital Banking would be a plus
- Knowledge of Technology & IT/IS auditing would be a plus
- 05-08 years of relevant experience
