Position: Head of Cost Control & Management Reporting
Position Summary: This incumbent will be responsible for managing 2 units “Management Reporting” and “Cost Control”. The incumbent is also responsible for performance management of Technology & Corporate Functions including investment planning & analysis for Capex and Opex.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cost Control Team
- Responsible for Governance of cost
- Responsible for approving, ensuring proper recording and reporting on cost items including GL control on P&L in coordination with Financial Control and Sourcing departments.
- Performance Management of the Bank’s Capex and Opex.
- Identification and implementation of cost optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with Financial Control and Finance Business Partners for implementation of activity-based costing regime through ERP.
- Ensure regular reporting with meaningful analysis on cost.
- Coordinate with User Departments, Sourcing and Finance Business Partners for evaluation of activities and arrangements to ensure cost optimization.
- Continuous assessment and improvement of the budget control process.
- Evaluation of business cases.
- Effect realization of Investment decisions.
- Financial advisory role for Technology & Corporate functions in the Bank.
- Single point of contact for all Technology & Corporate functions with regards to Finance.
Management reporting
- Managing, reviewing, and leading all periodic management reporting to shareholders, Leadership team and any other external or internal stakeholders
- Managing, reviewing, and leading the financial strategy of the company and accessing funding requirement for both short and long term
- Managing, reviewing, and leading special projects in relation to M&As, Regulatory affairs, licensing exercises etc.

Education & Experience
- Qualified accountant/ Master’s Degree in finance/MBA
- Overall 10 to 12 years with 4-5 years of relevant experience in the business planning function
