Position / Title: IT Risk Specialist
Job Type: Permanent
Department: Operational Risk
Location: Islamabad

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • CRISC Certification is preferred.
  • 3 to 4 years auditing experience as information risk specialist, or information technology auditor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend effective mechanisms to identify, assess and manage IT risk across the Bank;
  • Prepare objective reports to enable senior management to undertake the required remedial actions and to mitigate undesirable levels of risk;
  • Provide effective quantification measures for IT risks, which will allow management to better identify and address the issues arising out of business activity;
  • Enable the Bank to anticipate IT risks more effectively so that new strategies and controls can be introduced to manage these risks;
  • Review the IT risks identified relating to the introduction of new products, activities or changes to current activities including the streamlining of services;

Position / Title: Assistant Manager Digital payments and Integrations (Online)

Qualification & Experience:

  • BS(CS), BBA, MBA/MS (Preferred)
  • 4-5 year’s experience in some or all of the following: project management, Sales, Execution, product development, digital marketing, MFS, data analysis, Insights, Segmentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulation and End to end execution of go-to-market strategy for all payment related products
  • Create strategic business development plans for identified opportunities and ensure these plans are in line with customer needs and interests
  • Lead third Party channel partner engagement to aid in the delivery of digital ecosystem strategy
  • Working closely with sales and B2B teams for development and roll out of payment products
  • Inputs into Campaign management and marketing and pricing discussions around bundled services, marketing campaigns and Merchant Solutions
  • Recommend (with data and financial justification) and drive projects to improve customer inclusion for all payment products.

Qualification & Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • The role will have 3 responsibilities. Product Development & Management, Data Analysis and Reporting. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical mindset and product management skills either through formal education/training or through work experience.
  • Manage end to end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch management
  • Identify opportunities for new features and areas of improvement through online research, brainstorming sessions, interaction with customers and other departments
  • Conduct in-depth testing and quality assurance of new products in coordination with other departments to ensure quality of finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and forecasting for branchless banking
  • Ensuring alignment of the business with targets for all segments
  • Consolidate and evaluate branchless banking forecasts
  • Monitoring and analysis of business trends
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand revenue drivers and investigate deviations.
  • Conducting campaign analysis of ATL/BTL activities which have been done (in terms of incremental revenues, subscriber engagement, Customer acquisition cost etc.)
  • Initiate, co-ordinate, challenge and jointly develop the business cases for promotional/tactical offers for various segments
