Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Perform analytics for In-depth product User Journeys, User Segment Behaviors, Micro profiling, Changing Customer product Usage Trends,
โ€ข Extracting all Consumer and Business Insights for the Wallets, performing the necessary analytics to track budget, monitor statistics, determine trends, variances and identifies opportunities for improvement and scaling up of the Mobile Wallets, Apps and Payments
โ€ข Responsible for defining Customer Segments, detailing Customer Personas, driving key analytics from transaction trends and carrying out research on customer needs/barriers and challenges for different products.
โ€ข Manage all the Pricing & Reporting for all Wallet, App and Payment products.
โ€ข Manage pricing history tracker, effect realization tracker, Market trends and competition analysis,

Experience & Education:

  • BS (CS), BBA, MBA/MS (Preferred) from any reputable institute.
  • 8-10 yearsโ€™ experience in some or all of the following: project management, design thinking, execution, product development, digital marketing,

Position / Title: Director Product Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership role across the enterprise for Branchless Banking Product Development & roll-out through structured project approach.ย 
  • Ensure Change control is executed through approved governance model of organization
  • Understanding of SDLC/Scrum Agile model and ensuring implementation across organization for projects execution Lead
  • Business and technical Impact analysis of core and branchless banking systems
  • Acting as a Lead Business analyst to bridge delivery of requirements between products and technology
  • Leading Program Portfolio Plan, tracking/updates to keep all stakeholders aligned on activities across organization
  • Awareness and implementation of the Branchless Banking regulations and managing SBP audits/meetings
  • Be familiar with the various nodes/enablers in the Banking environment,

Experience & Education:

  • BS (CS), BBA, MBA/MS (Preferred) from any reputable institute.
  • 7-8 yearsโ€™ experience in some or all of the following: project management, MFS, data analysis, insights, segmentation

Position / Title: Assistant Director โ€“ Online Acquiring
Job Type: Permanent
Department: Digital Payments
Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall operations of Easypaisaโ€™s Online Payment Solution, in particular Visa/MasterCard and Internet Banking payments
  • Ensure best in class transaction approval rates โ€“ working closely with Banks in a consultative role
  • Define, set-up, roll-out and embed complete fraud management processes, systems, rules, processes and SLAs for online cards and internet banking paymentsย 
  • Analyze data to identify transactional trends and devise intuitive measures to accommodate and/or mitigate problem areas
  • Work closely with Acquiring Banks to streamline operations, merchant settlements etc.
  • Ensure new features are launched on-time and in-line with the strategy roadmap
  • Evaluate and develop new strategic partnership opportunities for online cards acquiring and internet banking

Experience & Education:

  • Preferably a Masters Degree/MBA from a reputable university
  • At least 5 years of relevant experienceย 
  • Certifications / Trainings in Visa/Mastercard acquiring services desired but not mandatory

Position / Title: Assistant Director Online Payments
Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the uptake and growth of our online payment solution
  • Define a comprehensive strategy for online/internet merchant uptake and support
  • Lead and direct all system developments, enhancements, and ensure new features are launched on-time and in-line with the strategy roadmap
  • Facilitate online merchant onboarding and integration by interfacing between sales and technology teams
  • Lead strategic partnership opportunities with external parties
  • Write detailed and clear requirements and business recommendationsย 
  • Develop comprehensive financials/business casesย 
  • Ensure quick turnaround on all online payment projects
  • Overall operations of Easypaisaโ€™s Online Payment Solution, including running consumer campaigns, new merchant selection and onboarding , post on-boarding merchant operations

Experience & Education:

  • Preferably a Masterโ€™s Degree/MBA from a reputable university
  • Solid demonstrable experience managing e-commerce / payment systems and online/internet-based services

  • Working closely with all internal and external parties and ability to extract required information
  • Coordinating and getting sign-offs from all stakeholdersย 
  • Develop project plans and oversee execution
  • Working closely with the Products, S&D, Risk, Finance, Bank, Technical, andย CCD teams for managing the online payments solution
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring business processes
  • Facilitate online merchant onboarding and integration by interfacing between sales and technology teams
  • ย Ensure new features are launched on-time and in-line with the strategyย road map

Experience & Education:

  • Preferably a Masterโ€™s Degree/MBA from a reputable university.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience

  • Responsible for the entire existing Online and Retail product portfolioย 
    (E-Commerce, Verticals, Debit Cards, QR Payments) including merchantย 
    onboarding, payment integration, merchant support
  • Responsible for all Visa/Mastercard Acquiring, tokenization and bankย 
    integrations
  • Ownership of Digital Payments targets, P&L, pricing and customerย 
    satisfaction
  • Formulation of product roadmap and strategic direction & developingย 
    new products/ use cases for the portfolio/innovation including customizedย 
    use cases for key Verticals
  • Managing the end-2-end consumer journey of Digital Payments across allย Online & Retail Payments
  • Coordination and interaction with PD, IT, Finance, Pricing, Risk, Compliance

Experience & Education:

  • Preferably a Masters Degree/MBA from a reputable university
  • At least 8 years of leadership experience in a digital vertical/business โ€“ preferably Fintech / digital payments

  • Responsible for building and managing all Digital Support Systems, capturing customer and merchant feedback from the Call Centers, Digital Channels (Facebook, Google, Twitter), and App Stores. Digging with user focus groups to find customer insights for existing and new products to be built.

  • ย BS (CS), BBA, MBA/MS (Preferred) from any reputable institute.
  • 3-5 yearsโ€™ experience in some or all of the following: project management, MFS, data analysis, insights, segmentation
