Key Responsibilities:
He or she responsible for end to end execution of an “Agile Release Train” collaborating with product owners for translation of the requirements, driving the sprints, taking customer and usability feedback to deliver product. Experience of development
- .NET 3.5/4, ASP.NET, C#, HTML/XHTML, Java, JavaScript, ADO.NET, WCF (Rest /SOAP), XML, Java, Applet, Servlet & Java web services development Tools.
- Database designing and administration (Oracle PL/SQL server), IIS and ASP.NET/JSP site deployment.
- Understanding of development framework
- Very well-versed in process, product, and technology aspects of the agile approach
- Drive the adoption and execution of Agile methods and Scrum frameworks
- Explore areas of Branchless banking and core banking products
- Mentor the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and how to add values to delight customers

- Analyze requirements (business, functional, technical and design) to create test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures
- Collaborate with developers throughout development lifecycle to establish, improve, measure and report quality methodology and processes for all software production
- Build, select and maintain QA tools
- Prepare product and process quality reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
- Improve the efficiency of the QA function through effective leadership and training
