Tajsol is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Business Manager to head our Solar Division.
This is a pivotal leadership role for someone with a deep understanding of the solar EPC landscape, a passion for renewable energy, and a strong track record in business development and project execution.
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (PEC registered), marketing degree or certification is an advantage.
✔️ 8+ years of leadership experience in solar or renewable energy industry
✔️ Strong business acumen with technical know-how
✔️ Proven leadership and client relationship management
✔️ Drive to grow and scale solar operations
