Systems Limited is looking for a Technical Recruiter for our Lahore office.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fill the positions.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to recruit talent from diverse channels.
- Source candidates using various methods, including social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards e.t.c
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Hands on experience in recruiting IT, software development or technology-focused roles.
