Contact Center Executive

Responsibility:

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Document knowledge from the clients.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be good in English Language (Written & Verbal skills).
  • Must possess good communication skills
  • Should have cleared their Intermediate or A levels.
  • Night Shift Only. (5 PM to 2 AM)
  • Candidates must have basic computer operating knowledge with good searching skills.

Experienced individuals with their own conveyance will be preferred.

Salary: Rs25,000.00 to Rs35,000.00 /month

  • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
