SITUATIONS VACANT: Applications are invited by the Survey of Pakistan Rawalpindi from Pakistani Nationals for the following posts, having the qualifications and experience as mentioned:

Assistant (BS-15)

Number of Vacancies: 01
Domicile/Quota: Balochistan
Age Limit: 18-30 Years (Inclusive of general relaxation of 5 years)
Qualification and Experience: Graduate

Technical Assistant (Various Trades) (BS-15)

Number of Vacancies: 06 (Reserved Quota: Women = 01)
Domicile/Quota: Balochistan
Age Limit: 18-30 Years (Inclusive of general relaxation of 5 years)
Qualification and Experience: Graduation (14 years) with Maths / Physics / Geography or Associate Degree in Surveying / Remote Sensing (RS) and Geographical Information System or Bachelor of Computer Science from a HEC recognized University/Institute.

Technical Assistant (Reproduction) (BS-15)

Number of Vacancies: 01
Domicile/Quota: Balochistan
Age Limit: 18-30 Years (Inclusive of general relaxation of 5 years)
Qualification and Experience: Graduation (14 years) with Maths / Physics / Printing Technology / Mechatronics / IT from a HEC recognized University.

Lower Division Clerk (BS-11)

Number of Vacancies: 31 (Reserved Quota: Women = 02, Minority = 02, Disable = 01)
Domicile/Quota: Balochistan
Age Limit: 18-30 Years (Inclusive of general relaxation of 5 years)
Qualification and Experience:
- Matric
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Technician (BS-11)

Number of Vacancies: 02
Domicile/Quota: Balochistan
Age Limit: 18-30 Years (Inclusive of general relaxation of 5 years)
Qualification and Experience:
- F.Sc (Pre-Engg) / ICS / DAE (Civil / Surveying / GIS) from a recognized Institute.

Driver (BS-04)

Number of Vacancies: 08 (Reserved Quota: Punjab = 07, Sindh (U) = 01; Ex-Army = 05)
Domicile/Quota: Punjab, Sindh (U)
Age Limit: 18-35 Years
Qualification and Experience:
- Primary Pass
- Valid Driving License holder and well-versed in traffic rules.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

Candidates for vacancies (BS-07 to 15) will apply online on Survey of Pakistan (SoP) website www.sop.gov.pk OR www.surveyofpakistan.gov.pk.
Candidates for Driver (BS-04) will apply through the prescribed proforma available on the above-mentioned websites.
Candidates will be called for Screening (Written) / Skill (Practical) test in Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Lahore, Quetta & Karachi.
Candidates must specify the exam centre in their application form.
Object-type screening test for BS 7-15 will include Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English, General Knowledge, and Subject relevant to the post. LDC (BS-11) will also have a typing test. Driver (BS-04) will have a skilled/practical test.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
All posts are for Pakistan-based vacancies, and selected candidates will have to serve anywhere in Pakistan as and when required by the department.
Non-Muslim candidates must provide their declaration on oath at the time of the interview.
Disabled quota is reserved for those registered with the District Rehabilitation Organization OR District Council of Health.
Government servants, including SoP staff, must apply through the proper channel with NOC from their department.
Upper age limit relaxation will be given as per Govt. Policy.
Age of candidates will be calculated with effect from the closing date of receipt of applications i.e., 16th September 2024.
Candidates are advised to regularly visit the SoP website for updates on tests/interviews.
Applications found with wrong credentials/false information will be rejected at any stage of recruitment.
Last date for online submission of applications is 16th September 2024.
Applications against Driver (BS-04) are to be sent to the undersigned, on prescribed proforma, on or before the closing date.
Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in Test/Interview.

Note:

Selected candidates for Assistant (BS-15) & LDC (BS-11) will undergo mandatory Basic IT Training (MS Office) conducted by NITB before the probation period ends.
Selected candidates for Technical Assistant (Various Trades) (BS-15), Technical Assistant (Reproduction) (BS-15) & Technician (BPS-7) will undergo mandatory training in Survey Disciplines.
