Job Opportunity: SITECH is a business conglomerate with the portfolio spans of steel, petroleum, machine tools, large-scale manufacturing, and chemicals sectors. We are looking for proactive and ambitious professionals to fill the following positions at our entity based in Islamabad.

Chief Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the technology and products portfolio for commercialization.
Develop strategic pipeline of potential partners for individual technologies and innovations through market research, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
Collaborate with researchers and technology managers to create compelling value propositions and marketing materials for technologies.
Identify and pursue opportunities for licensing and commercialization of developed technologies.
Oversee the development of the organization’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Requirements:

Possess excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant degree.
Proven track record in technology marketing, preferably within a technology transfer office, research institution, or related industry.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a lead role.

Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning of the company.
Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and investment strategies.
Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction.
Report financial results to the board of directors.
Construct and monitor reliable control systems.
Ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Strong financial reporting and corporate finance knowledge.
Proven track record in financial risk management and compliance.
Possess excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to collaborate with executive teams and stakeholders to align financial goals with overall business strategy.
CA/ACCA Qualified plus articleship with any big 4 audit firms.
10 – 12 years of relevant work experience with 5 years in a lead role.
