Senior Executive-Color Development Lab

Job Responsibilities:

• Review lab shades and adjust recipes for the next lab trial to ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with plant labs and production teams for recipe correction reviews
• Prioritize and manage shade matching as per requirements
• Utilize spectrophotometer readings, particularly Delta E values for recipe adjustments
• Effectively manage the shift staff

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in sciences, preferably with a diploma in DAE textile
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a color lab, preferably with knitwear companies
• Strong knowledge of dye compatibility within recipe combinations
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Expertise in MS 365, ERP and IMS
