Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to align HR solutions with organizational goals
- Support workforce planning and talent management strategies including recruitment, retention, and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
- Responsible for developing & executing strategic business plans and overseeing the day-to-day business operations
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Facilitate training and development programs aligned with business needs
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with reputable organizations
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices
