Manager Shariah Compliance

Qualification:

• Dars-e-Nizami from Wifaq-ul-Madaris
• Takhassus fil Ifta (minimum of 2 years)

Experience:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Shariah compliance, Halal auditing, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a corporate or retail setting.

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Shariah Compliance Section to ensure alignment with Islamic principles.
• Conduct thorough reviews of documents, operations, and business practices for Shariah compliance.
• Oversee and manage Halal compliance, certifications, and audit processes.
• Develop and deliver Shariah training programs for staff.
• Engage in research to strengthen the organization’s Shariah-compliant framework.
• Foster a Shariah-compliant environment across all levels of operations.
• Strong understanding of corporate business operations and associated challenges.
• Expertise in Halal food standards, training, and audit procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams while ensuring compliance with Shariah principles.
