Soliton Technologies is one of a leading US based Software House (Specialized in US Healthcare Software Products) is looking to hire Business Analyst
Experience: 1+ years of professional Business Analyst/Account Handling
Education: CS degree
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the client on the issue they are facing.
- Work with the support team to get them fixed.
- Requirement gathering from the client as they often ask for new features
- Train new and sometimes existing clients on the application.
- Attend daily and weekly meetings with internal stakeholders as well as with the client and be up-to-date on what is going on.
- Ability to work with several team is important in this role.
Skill set:
ยท Strong analytical/critical thinking skills, ability to understand complex documentation.
ยท Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ยท Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to read and interpret documents
ยท Good Time Management Skills
