Responsibilities:
·Ownership of escalated cases.
·Weekly, monthly, and quarterly training in soft and technical skills.
·Monthly review of the RCA checklist.
·Responsible for creating SOPs for the FE team and internal stakeholders.
·Monthly review of recurring clients & issues.
·Backend support to the North region.
·Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Requirements:
·BS Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
·Minimum 4-5 years in customer support department or solar industry.
