Responsibilities:
ยทOwnership of escalated cases.
ยทWeekly, monthly, and quarterly training in soft and technical skills.
ยทMonthly review of the RCA checklist.
ยทResponsible for creating SOPs for the FE team and internal stakeholders.
ยทMonthly review of recurring clients & issues.
ยทBackend support to the North region.
ยทBuild and maintain good relationships with customers.
Requirements:
ยทBS Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
ยทMinimum 4-5 years in customer support department or solar industry.
