𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: We are seeking an organized P.A. / Administrative Assistant.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Provide administrative support to senior staff member.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments.
- Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫:
- Market competitive salary.
- Comprehensive health and life insurance.
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM & alternate Saturdays.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Command on communication skills, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
