Location: Head Office, Karachi
Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our management team. If you have exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a knack for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply!
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Coordinate team meetings and events, including preparing agendas.
Manage schedules, answer phone calls, and organize documentation.
Draft and distribute memos, reports, and emails.
Maintain organized filing systems and contact lists.
Assist in the preparation of contracts, MOUs, and detailed reports.
Book travel arrangements and support visitors as needed.
Perform additional duties assigned by the COO or Board.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent qualifications.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 2-3 years of administrative support experience.
𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
Problem-solving and adaptability.
