1) Plan and manage finished goods.
2) Ensure proper allocation and placement of stock.
3) Oversee and manage workforce & ensure safety of racks and storage areas.
4) Handle dispatch operations against sales orders.
5) Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance.
6) Coordinate with PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and transport teams.
