Graduation Category Screening Test For The Posts In BPS-05 to BPS-15

The Government of Sindh is conducting a screening test through SIBA Testing Services (STS) to fill vacant positions in BPS-05 to BPS-15 that require a graduation qualification, as per the Recruitment Rules approved by the Provincial Cabinet on December 24, 2019.

The passing cut-off for the test is 40%. The test result will be valid for three (03) years. Interviews will be conducted by the Departmental Selection Committees as per Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1974. The tests will be held at divisional headquarters. The age requirement is a minimum of 21 years and a maximum of 30 years on the closing date of applications.

Minimum Qualification: 14 years of education from any HEC Recognized University/DAIs

Candidates with domicile in Sindh Province can apply online at the STS portal: http://apply.sts.net.pk
The following original scanned documents must be uploaded: Last Degree (meeting the minimum qualification), CNIC, Domicile, PRC-D, and a recent photograph. Candidates with disabilities must also upload their NADRA-issued CNIC with the wheelchair logo.
After online application submission, a system-generated challan of Rs. 1500/- can be downloaded and paid at any ABL, Bank Ltd branch, via the 1Bill app, or through internet banking using the 1Bill reference number. This fee is non-refundable.
Providing any false or misleading information will lead to application rejection and potential termination of employment.
General age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of Sindh rules.
Quotas for women, disabled persons, minorities, and transgenders will be implemented according to Government of Sindh’s laws and policies.
No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be provided for appearing in the tests.
Previous test-takers in the graduation category who wish to improve their scores are eligible to apply again.
The test date, time, and venue will be communicated via SMS. All updates regarding test dates, admit slips, results, and other information will be posted on the STS website/portal. Candidates are advised to check the website regularly.
