We’re looking for a highly driven and motivated Senior HR Executive.
Responsibilities:
•Hands on experience on HRIS implementation, system transition and its communication to employees.
•Responsible for Employee Data Management and data change.
•Responsible for data shifting from ERP to other and assist in go live process.
•Assist in different payroll function for smooth delivery.
•Responsible for reporting system related to HR analytics.
•Experienced in Social security related matters and ensure to deal with these processes.
•Manage the recruitment, selection and training process.
Requirements:
•Minimum Bachelors from reputed university, Masters in HRM is a plus.
•2-4 years relevant experience.
•Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
•Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organisations HRIS and talent management systems.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
