We’re actively seeking a Senior Manager for our Internal Audit Department at Sapphire Textile Mills Ltd.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of planning, executing, and reporting on operational audit engagements across various business segments.
- Create and upkeep audit work programs to ensure thorough coverage of critical risks and controls.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, policies, and procedures to pinpoint weaknesses, deficiencies, or areas needing enhancement.
- Relay audit findings and recommendations to management in accordance with the audit manual.
- Work alongside management to devise action plans addressing audit findings and enhancing organizational controls and processes.
- Track the progress of agreed-upon action items from audits and distribute comprehensive progress reports following established procedures.
